Alguno de esos no es LPD. El brasileño, el italiano, el japones. El Galicia, el Rotterdam y el Bay son en realidad el mismo buque con modificaciones menores. Corresponde a un diseño de Navantia, desarrollado originalmente para las armadas holandesa y española.

Los buques pueden ser LST, LSD, LPD y LHD. Estais mezclando de todo.

No es tan asi estimado carnota... debido a las especificaciones de cada armada, puede ser que muchos de estos navios tengan caracteristicas asimilable de mas de una demoninacion...LST, LSD, LDP o LHD...por solo dar un ejemplo, en el caso del Ōsumi , la JMSDF describe los decribe como buques de desembarco de tanques, denominandolos LST, no obstante que estos carecen de las puertas de proa y la capacidad de varada tradicionalmente asociadas a una LST ....

Es decir, no todo es blanco y negro y las clasificaciones se van quedando atrás en mucho de los casos, por eso la idea es aportar al debate mas que decir esto no es porque si... por ese mismo motivo el encabezado dice que es una lista a modo de ejemplo, abolutamente arbitraria ok, pero esperando el buen aporte de los foristas interesados 0292

Se lo que dice Wikipedia, pero esta equivocada. Un buque puede portar lanchas de desembarco, y no ser un LPD, si no otra cosa. En las mismas caracteristicas de las fotos posteadas te lo aclara.

Lo que tu afirmas es algo asi como decir que fragatas, corbetas y patrulleros de altura tienen caracteristicas similares, claro, todas flotan...

no creo q el buque brazileño esté basado en el galicia y tenga modificaciones ya que la clase thomaston es del año 58, cuando la clase galicia salio el 98, y el caerá lo adquirio la marina garotinha el 89 0292 0292
